Fern's Garden Rewards

Fern's Garden Rewards is our customer gratitude program that offers you a $10 credit for every $100 you spend at Fern's Garden.

The way it works: When you register for a Fern's Garden account you are automatically registered for Rewards. Your phone number is your Rewards number. As long as you are logged in to your Fern's Garden account, the amount of every order you place is added to your Rewards account balance. When your balance reaches $100 or more, $10 is automatically deducted from your next order. Your balance is then decreased accordingly. There are no rules or time limits, and your Rewards account works the same way at our brick and mortar store in Berkeley, California. Simply give the sales associate your phone number, and you will be eligible to accrue and redeem Rewards.

To make sure your purchase is added to your balance:

• When shopping online: Always log in with your email and password.
• When checking out at our store: Give the sales associate your phone number.
